Vinyl Material Decal Material is an adhesive backed vinyl, ranging from 2 mil. to 7 mil. in thickness (depending upon type). Most of our vinyl's are GUARANTEED against, fading, peeling, cracking, etc. for 5-7 years. The vinyl has a strong bond, but it will not remove paint, etc. from any substrate providing the paint has had sufficient time to dry. We recommend 72 hours of curing time for freshly painted vehicles or substrates. Our adhesive backed vinyl will stick to most anything.The common rule of thumb is, if it's a smooth, non-porous surface, it'll stick. Examples are, metal, glass, art cores (gator foam, foam core, etc), plastics, painted wood, etc... Other Materials We also offer full color Banners (in several weights), Canvas, Sailcloth, Lexan materials (for instrumentation panels), Magnetic materials (small or large), yard signs, gatorfoam, board, etc...We also carry specialty vinyls such as flourescent, reflective, glow in the dark, etc. Please stop by or call with any questions! Large Format We currently can print any size needed. On large jobs, we panel out the print on either our Mimaki or Vutek Large Format Printer.With vehicle wraps we'll tile/match to any existing seams for a seamless appearance. Prints can be laminated (Gloss or Matte) for UV protection. Ordering & Quotes Every job is custom, detailed quotes are available. Turnaround is typically One Week from approval/order date (depending on size & quantity). We can ship the order or you can pick it up. Design Services If you do not have a design already created, we can provide one for you. We'll ask for all of the details and have some concepts developed for you.We also provide rendering, conceptual art, and sponsorship proposal art in addition to Logo design, brochures, business cards, etc... Artwork Requirements We request VECTOR artwork (EPS, CDR, PDF, AI, etc) where possible. Raster images can be provided as .tiff, photoshop, jpg etc. For small and medium format, 300 dpi images will suffice. Large format prints should be minimum 100 dpi at full size. Contour cuts, or decals require VECTOR outlines/paths and additional setup fees may be charged if no vector art is provided.
